The apartment’s interior design was developed in accordance with the client’s technical brief. After reconfiguring the layout, the spaces acquired clean geometries and comfortable proportions. The minimalist interior is defined by simple geometric forms and the use of contrasting monochromatic wall colors as a key decorative element. In the living room and hallway, white surfaces are paired with deep chocolate tones, while the children’s room combines white with dark anthracite accents.
The guest area follows a contemporary studio-style configuration, where the living room, kitchen, and dining space are united into a single volume. This open space is subtly zoned by a bar counter and a structural column.
The living room is dominated by white, contrasted by a dark chocolate feature wall. Light wall surfaces and oak flooring visually enlarge the space, creating a bright, airy environment. In the kitchen–dining area, one wall is finished with decorative plaster featuring a concrete-like texture.
The kitchen set by “Team 7” is crafted without visible handles. The lower cabinets feature glossy white fronts, while the upper cabinets are finished in chestnut wood, adding warmth and tactile richness.
The children’s room incorporates bold color accents, including a feature wall decorated with graphic photo wallpaper by “Eijffinger.”
Throughout the apartment, lighting fixtures from leading manufacturers—De Majo Illuminazione, Fabbian, Prolicht, and Foscarini—have been integrated into the design. Furniture from renowned Italian brands Pianca and Cattelan Italia completes the interior, emphasizing quality and contemporary elegance.
