This 354.7 m² apartment was conceived as a highly functional and comfortable contemporary residence, where minimalism is softened by warm natural accents. The design philosophy centers on ecological materials, gentle color transitions, and a refined atmosphere that balances clarity with individuality.

The living areas are defined by a palette of soft pastels. Subtle shades of beige, grey, and brown add depth to the predominantly white interior, preventing monotony while maintaining a calm visual balance. Large windows bring abundant natural light into the space, enhancing the sense of openness. Contemporary furniture by renowned Italian brands Cattelan Italia and Poliform contributes to the apartment’s sophisticated and timeless character.

A notable feature within the entertainment zone is the custom-designed bar counter. Sliding panels decorated with prints inspired by the paintings of Jackson Pollock conceal the functional components when not in use. This integration of art within the architecture introduces cultural richness to the minimalist environment and reinforces the home’s modern identity.

The entrance hallway establishes the design vocabulary of the apartment from the moment of entry. White walls paired with rich wenge wood create a striking contrast, setting a dramatic yet elegant tone. This interplay of dark and light materials becomes a recurring theme throughout the residence.

In the master bedroom, snow-white walls cultivate an atmosphere of serenity and clarity. A decorative walnut panel behind the headboard infuses the room with natural warmth and texture, creating a harmonious focal point. The sand-colored carpet enhances the ecological ambiance, echoing the project’s emphasis on natural textures and sustainable material choices.

The bathroom interiors follow a minimalist approach based on simple geometric forms. Walnut wood panels and painted glass define the wall treatments, while unpolished granite tiles form a tactile, grounded flooring surface. All storage elements are integrated seamlessly into the wall structures, preserving clean lines and an uncluttered visual appearance. Here, the design prioritizes both functionality and aesthetic restraint.

Lighting plays a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere of each space. Professional-grade fixtures from leading manufacturers XAL and Vibia ensure consistent illumination and accentuate material textures. Combined with the natural material palette and high-quality furnishings, the lighting strategy contributes to an environment of enduring elegance and refined comfort.

Overall, the apartment embodies a thoughtful synthesis of minimalism, natural elements, and subtle artistic expression—resulting in a home that is both sophisticated and inherently warm.
