This project comprises three coastal guesthouses totaling 1,395.2 m², situated along the Azov shoreline and completed in 2011. All interiors are developed under a unified design concept, ensuring aesthetic continuity across the properties while allowing each house to retain its own subtle character. The overall approach focuses on creating multifunctional spaces through precise placement of furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.

The layout strategies in all three guesthouses emphasize fluid movement between functional zones. Open transitions, balanced proportions, and consistent material choices help maintain a sense of harmony throughout. Natural textures, calm color palettes, and warm ambient lighting contribute to a relaxed coastal atmosphere suitable for year-round living and hospitality. Lighting plays a particularly important role: it guides circulation, defines intimate seating areas, and highlights key architectural features.

Despite the cohesive visual language, each guesthouse offers its own spatial identity through variations in layout, decor accents, and furniture configurations. Flexible guest zones accommodate diverse needs, from large gatherings to quiet retreats, while durable, coastal-appropriate finishes ensure longevity in a maritime environment.

Overall, the project achieves a refined balance of unity and individuality—combining efficient spatial planning, thoughtful material selection, and a serene coastal aesthetic to create three inviting and functionally adaptable guesthouses.
