GENERAL INFORMATION
The apartment’s interior is dominated by simple geometric forms.
Originally, the layout featured an elongated living room. It was possible to give the space a visually greater width by using specific techniques of depth-spatial composition. The interior was transformed primarily through the use of color.
A light-colored wall opposite the lounge area visually recedes from the darker walls, floor, and ceiling, giving the room the necessary sense of depth.
In the living room and hallway, ivory tones are combined with anthracite. The guest zone features a studio-style layout typical of contemporary interiors: the living room, kitchen, and dining area are united into a single volume.
In designing the bedrooms, the authors aimed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Bright color solutions were used in the children’s rooms.
The bathroom interiors are finished with natural travertine.
The apartment’s interior design incorporates furniture by Cattelan Italia, Pianca, and Calligaris. Lighting fixtures from leading European manufacturers – Vibia, XAL, Flos, and Cattelan Italia – were used throughout the space.
