This 884.7 m² luxury residence embodies a serene interpretation of minimalist sophistication, where comfort, ergonomics, and functionality form the core of the design philosophy. Natural materials, premium furnishings, and a carefully curated art collection create an environment of effortless elegance. Throughout the home, light ivory tones establish a calm visual foundation that unifies all rooms. Strategic furniture placement and meticulously planned lighting enhance spatial flow, allowing the architecture itself to remain the primary expressive element.

The material and furniture palette reflects an uncompromising commitment to quality. Solid wood furnishings from leading brands such as Minotti, Roche Bobois, and Meridiani define the interior’s tactile richness. Italian craftsmanship from Ceccotti and Swan further elevates the residence, with each piece chosen for its sculptural beauty, durability, and harmonious integration into the minimalist aesthetic. Together, these elements create warm, inviting, and highly functional living spaces.

Art serves as an essential component of the design narrative. Striking panel-pictures featuring semiprecious stones from Luigi Antolini’s collection act as focal points within key rooms, introducing a sense of natural luxury and refined texture. Gallery-style walls display works by renowned artists including Anatoly Papanyan, Brice Marden, Elena Gatti, and Edgar Degas, adding cultural depth and visual sophistication to the otherwise understated interiors.

Every technical and aesthetic solution was developed in close alignment with the client’s detailed specifications. Ecological considerations guided the selection of materials, ensuring both environmental responsibility and long-term performance. The result is a residence that balances luxury with sustainability—an architectural environment where minimalist clarity, natural beauty, and refined craftsmanship coexist seamlessly.
