This three-story townhouse, located in Pokrovskoe village, presents a refined minimalist interior shaped by a calm palette of light grays and warm beige tones. Across its 145.3 m², the residence demonstrates thoughtful spatial organization, sophisticated material selection, and a seamless interplay of natural textures.
The main level follows an open-plan concept where the living room, dining area, and kitchen form one luminous continuous space. A decorative fireplace anchors the interior, acting both as a visual centerpiece and a semantic heart of the home. This layout enhances natural daylight and creates effortless, intuitive circulation throughout the ground floor.
A cohesive material strategy reinforces the project’s understated elegance. Light gray marbleized limestone from Shushinskoye is used for the guest bathroom walls, fireplace cladding, and window sills, providing a unifying stone texture throughout the social areas. The bathrooms on the second and attic floors feature natural travertine complemented by refined decorative painting techniques, achieving a balance between visual richness and serene neutrality.
Warmth and tactility are introduced through a sophisticated flooring approach: ash, oak, and cork are selectively applied depending on room function and foot traffic. Their natural tones subtly enhance the neutral interior palette while adding depth and character to each space.
Vertical circulation is defined by a custom-designed internal staircase, where a metal structural frame is wrapped in elegant wood paneling. This hybrid design blends durability with residential softness, transforming the staircase into an architectural feature that connects all three levels with harmony and continuity.
Finishing details further refine the interior atmosphere. Premium wallpaper and decorative wall treatments create layered visual interest, while the attic floor is completed with stretch ceilings that maintain clean, contemporary lines. The remaining levels feature dropped gypsum board ceilings, achieving smooth, uninterrupted surfaces throughout the home.
Overall, the townhouse interior unites minimalism, natural materials, and carefully considered craftsmanship into a coherent and serene living environment.
