Last week, our studio visited the headquarters and production facilities of Ariostea, one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of high-performance porcelain tiles, natural stone surfaces, and innovative sustainable architectural materials. The visit marked an important step in the material selection phase for our upcoming Multifunctional Center project, where durability, aesthetics, and long-term sustainability play a key role.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to tour the production lines, explore the latest collections, and study the technical characteristics of Ariostea’s full-body porcelain solutions. Several sample sets were selected and will undergo further evaluation by our design and engineering teams in the coming weeks.
Beyond materials, the trip also offered valuable insight into advanced drainage technologies and contemporary sustainable solutions for both architecture and landscape design. Ariostea presented updated systems for outdoor paving, ventilated façades, water-permeable surfaces, and high-efficiency laying methods – technologies that align closely with our Ithaka studio's commitment to environmental responsibility and long-lasting performance.
This visit reinforces our ongoing effort to collaborate with forward-thinking manufacturers and integrate high-quality, innovative products into our work. We look forward to continuing this partnership as we move into the next phases of the Multifunctional Center development, while integrating the mentioned sustainable materials in Armenia.
